How to Use: First, boil a pot of water. While you are waiting, acquire a ceramic bowl and scoop a handful of herbs into it. After, pour the boiling water onto the herbs and immediately cover with a lid or clean towel (to keep essential oils from seeping out).
Slowly place your face over the bowl and cover your head with a large towel for better steaming. Close your eyes and enjoy your steam!
